We are really lucky, the eagle stop here often. Lately we have been visited by a Golden Eagle as well, but he has proven to be much more elusive. The Bald Eagle was recently seen catching a fish out of our pond. I never tire of watching these beautiful birds. This one put me over a half hour behind schedule, but it was well worth it!

This little lady was dumped off at my farm. She was no more than 4-5 weeks old when we found her. She was so hungry and scared, it took us two days to catch her. What is the matter with people?? I’ve had her for about two weeks now, and she is finally coming around and starting to act like a playful kitten instead of a terrified one.
Thank You!

Today marks not only the 1st of September and the last of Summer but also a milestone for me. As of today, there have been over 20,000 hits on my photoblog in just 6 months. So I wanted to take a moment to thank all of you who stop by on a regular basis and hope that those of you stopping by for the first time, will come back often! This blog has been a great outlet for not only my new love of photography but also for my life’s passion – Horses! As you can see by the photo – my love for horses started very early on! Thanks for stopping by! Sandy
